Far Niente is less than a two minute walk to the sand at Lake Erie! Since the Town of Fort Erie purchased the lakefront property from the Rebstock family a few years ago, the municipality maintains the beach. There are two entrances for public access off Erie Road: one is at the end of Schooley Road where the Town has pay parking lots. The other is at the end of Ashwood. You will love this property! It is beachy with lots of outdoor living space for grilling and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. We provide a small library of books, games and movies for cozy evenings. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, movie rental, and sundries. Grocery stores are close by as well. We are on quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the Erie Road parking lot and still less than a two minute walk to the beach!
