You can expect a comfortable and clean property. Far Niente is a classic cottage with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.  The main part of the cottage is air conditioned.  There is a very large outdoor living area with plenty of patio furniture, a barbeque and an outdoor fireplace.  We even provide you with your first bit of firewood!  The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, toaster and all cookware, glassware and utensils. 

You can expect a peaceful atmosphere where we have tried to think of everything a family would need for a week of fun at the beach!  We provide all the necessities for a beach day:  coolers, beach chairs, toys and bikes.  And we provide the serenity you may be looking for to escape.

You can expect relaxation. No phone, no cable and no internet access so that you may relax and enjoy the beach! (However, there are televisions for games and movies and we do provide a library of books, games and movies.)

You can expect to be close to a gorgeous beach.  We are less than a two minute walk to the sand of Lake Erie.

You can expect to enjoy being in the heart of a quaint and historical town but poised to enjoy all the Niagara Peninsula has to offer.
